• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Services & Subscription

• Kovikx operates on a setup fee + monthly subscription/retainer model (unless stated otherwise).
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• We may update pricing, features, or service plans with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kovikx for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Violate data protection or privacy laws

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Data & Privacy

• You retain ownership of your business and customer data.
• By using Kovikx, you grant us permission to process data solely to provide and improve our services.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security.

7. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Kovikx uses AI-generated insights and automation:

• AI outputs are assistive, not guaranteed to be error-free
• You remain responsible for final decisions, communications, and actions
• We are not liable for business losses caused by reliance on AI-generated outputs

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and systems related to Kovikx are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Kovikx may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, email services). We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or policy changes of third-party services
• Data loss or issues caused by external platforms

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
